We had our main sewer plugged. We called "Mr Rooter" and they sent the tech Jakob. Jakob was very polite and professional. He ran his camera down the main sewer and found roots was plugging the sewer. He ran his snake in and out quite a few times. The drain started draining but when his ran his camera again he still seen roots so he did it until drain was completely clean. Works great now and they guarantee their work. I would highly recommend them.

I called yesterday and within 45min someone was out by my property. They used automated messages to keep communication clear. and an actual person called me a few times too. so not just bots. The technician John P Diagnosed the issue that a previous plumber couldn't! and also fixed it with ease. John kept me in the loop and was thorough with his explanation and charges also explained things super easy and didn't try to add unnecessary charges or fees. Definitely would use rooter plumbing again. Great experience.
