Received an estimate. Paid it in full immediately, so the technician can order the part. Received an email 4 days later that the job was completed. I called several times to inform them that no technician came back to install the part. They insisted it was completed. After a week and several more phone calls the technician finally showed up and installed the part. No explanation. No apologies.

Great experience, great technician! My oven is back to fully functional, and it was done efficiently and professioanlly. And the pricing was great, with parts vs time clearly given in the estimate and stuck too. I've had this kind of repair be a major hassle in the past, and it's a breath of fresh air to have things go so smoothly for once. I will definitely use this business again. Thank you!

Made appointment on website. Sergey, came out 2 days later and diagnosed the problem right away. He switched out a starter relay and my fridge worked right away. He also was very careful when moving my fridge out, cause he didn’t want to scratch my hardwood floors. He also replace my seal for the freezer. He will text you when he’s on his way to you.
