Tiago provided excellent service from start to finish. He was polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain the issue and handled the repair efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled but also a true gentleman. He was the best .. i haven't warranty with another company.That does the worst work.But my grandfather was one of the original owners of quality air.And so again, i'm impressed with this young gentleman who came out and really worked hard on my air conditioning. He was very thoughtful and kind, which you don't usually find too often. If I was his boss, I'd give him a big raise. He hadn't his mind to resolve the situation.And he wouldn't stop until he could even came back twice to make sure it was a working order. Thank you for being the best agonish name company in florida.
I started this process talking with the service manager Jean, after we decided on a unit and price I decided to go with Quality Air. We set up an install date and Jean sent out Dwyane and his patner.
