I was very impressed with John’s plumbing and will definitely use them again. Glen came out to give me an estimate for a new water heater. He took the time to measure the space and check with his supplier to see if a new model would fit in my small closet. He didn’t try to upsell me and wasn’t pushy. His estimate was reasonable and I booked an installation day. Andres came out and installed the water heater on a Saturday and was very knowledgeable. He was also willing to work with me as I had to move things around in the closet to make the new water heater fit. All in all I would definitely recommends them.

I was installing a contemporary smart toilet and required the water supply valve to be relocated to accommodate the toilet’s installation. Additionally, I needed the base flange to be replaced. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service and professionalism exhibited by the technician assigned to the job. I have engaged with numerous contractors and technicians from various disciplines, and it is uncommon to encounter someone who not only delivers high-quality work but also provides exceptional customer service. From the moment Khari arrived at my residence, he appeared well-groomed, clean, professionally dressed, and demonstrated a positive attitude. His communication and customer service abilities were highly commendable. As an individual who enjoys observing the work being done, I typically shadow work to gain knowledge and anticipate potential issues that may arise, necessitating clarification on previously completed tasks. At no point was Khari inconvenienced by my presence and readily answered all my inquiries regarding the ongoing work. Furthermore, he executed an outstanding job. The work was performed exceptionally well, and he ensured that he cleaned up after himself. The pricing for the job seemed a little higher than expected, but since I needed the job done promptly and the service I received from Khari was exceptional, I chose to proceed with contracting John’s Plumbing for the job. I will undoubtedly contact John’s Plumbing again and request Khari for my future service requirements.
