Ovarall very smooth process. Came gave an estimate. Provided full range of prices and options. After answering my multiple questions we agreed on a unit. After deposit until installed in 48 hrs. So far working great.

On Monday morning, I called the office to schedule an appointment because my AC was not working. The staff answered the phone politely and scheduled me a late afternoon appointment. I told them that I had some therapy at 3pm and would be home at 4 PM. Without hesitation, they said they would accommodate me. After making the scheduled service call appointment, I promptly received a text, confirming my appointment with the Photo of the tech that was due to come out. Very professional for an A/C outfit, this is the first time I’ve had this happen. The tech showed up at 4 PM as promised and promptly greeted me. He asked what trouble I was experiencing & I explained my issue with the A/C. He quickly began to diagnose the problem and found multiple issues. Before any repairs were done, he advised me what needed to be done & the cost for repairs. My A/C is working, the service tech was great. The price was right and I would highly recommend anyone to call A-star air conditioning for any ac needs. I am one happy client & if you call A-Star you won’t be disappointed!

A Star has been coming to me for a couple of years now. They know the property as I rent. They always make an immediate appointment, communicate well from start of making appointment to the job being completed. The techs are friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I actually ended up with a new unit 6 months ago. It started dripping water and they came right away. Appointment made yesterday and it's already fixed. Kudos.
