Hotter Water Plumbing & Leak Detection

Recently we noticed that our water bill was astronomically higher than usual. I began searching for a plumber who conducted leak detection testing. After looking at the reviews for Hotter Water and realizing they provided leak detection for free, me calling them was a no brainer! I can’t lie, I thought there was going to be some sort of hidden fees, but there wasn’t. Jacob came and had me walk him through our house and he found the issue. It was a running toilet in our daughters’ bathroom. He said the level was set incorrectly. He actually fixed it and said have a nice day! I am so glad there are still honest people out there! I will definitely use them in the future, and I suggest you do the same if you want great customer service!

This has to be one of the best company’s that I have ever came across Jacob is the best . He gave my wife and I several different opinions with purchasing a new water heater which was a plus. Jacob was great from the beginning of the process to the end . Customer service is outstanding and Jacob did an excellent job .
