I had a great experience with Purified Air for both repair and maintenance of our rooftop HVAC. The previous homeowner didn't install it properly, and we didn't catch it in the inspection because it was working on a dry day. But of course it stopped working during a heavy rainstorm. Our technician told us exactly what he was going to need to do, answered all of our questions, and was very communicative while the work was being done. We had him come out for the repair, and also a second time to redo the installation properly. I would highly recommend working with them!

Purified Air Heating & Air Conditioning came out to perform maintenance on our HVAC systems and did a great job. They were thorough in checking both outdoor units, cleaned everything up, and made sure the systems are running efficiently. The technicians were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. Just had a brand-new Lennox system installed and everything came out perfect. Roman and his team were on time, professional, and the quality of work shows.
