Menny recently serviced my HVAC system and took care of an issue with the condensation pump. From start to finish, he was thorough, punctual, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what was going on, outlined the solution, and handled the repair quickly and professionally. It’s obvious he knows his craft, and I appreciated how straightforward and organized he was throughout the visit. Everything is running smoothly now. I’ll definitely be using this company again and plan to have them handle my routine maintenance moving forward.

Great company!! As I’m an owner of an Airbnb in the universal studios area I’m fully booked year round and it’s really hard to take care of anything that breaks as my window is only a few hours only every few days (really hard to schedule) pioneer came exactly on time and were able to work with my crazy schedule, my heater stopped working and it’s a big no no for the guests (bad reviews potentially) they came fixed my heater in about 50 minutes while cleaning team was there, sent me pictures and videos and really gave me a reasonable price (I was ready to pay anything) Thank you guys Highly recommended Will hire again!! (Hopefully in the far future)

Great experience all around! I had reached out to Pioneers Heating & Air back in October to inquire about pricing for air duct cleaning. They had the best quote and were responsive and kind in our communication. We were ready to schedule the service finally and when I messaged yesterday I received a response almost immediately that an appt slot was available for today. The representative who was coming today, Menny, called en route and arrived in the stated time frame. He was friendly and respectful of our space, putting shoe covers on to protect our rugs. Menny explained the recommended cleaning after inspection, provided an updated estimate based on the recommendations and we agreed; after which Menny proceeded with the cleaning. He seemed to work efficiently and left our space nice and clean. We will definitely use this company again when we are ready for another service.
