Had a plumber out to install a new water heater and he damaged our pure water tech. Softener housing . A leak ensued. Pure water was very flexible in getting out the very first day to stop the leak! Great service. An additional leak developed in the housing and they were right back out to exchange housing assemblies the very next day . James Most was punctual and fixed both problems! 10 stars !James !
Our family loves Pure Water Tech! We have been using them for a number of years and really enjoy the difference the filters make in our whole house and drinking water quality. Their techs always do a great job!
I don’t live in Bozeman anymore but this photo came up in my feed. The installer drilled through my newly refinished floor and shoe molding. Pure Water never paid for the damage. In fact they threatened to never service my system until the bill for the install was fully paid. I was beside myself on how I was treated for something they caused.
