Ranger Plumbing was very responsive to our needs and offered great advice. The two staff that arrived were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable and made the repairs in a timely fashion. While we thought the price was a bit high, we are relieved to have this problem resolved. They were one of the few companies that could tackle this issue associated with our hot water system and we will use them again if ever needed.

Called for a clogged kitchen sink and got scheduled for first thing the next day. They were very upfront about pricing ahead of time. The technician (Kelton) was amazing, spent most of the day fighting an issue caused by what turned out to be less than stellar plumbing setup in our home. He was extremely patient, kept a great attitude the whole time, and stuck with it until he solved our clog. He also explained every step of the way (and actually made sense) and made sure to check with me for approval before anything that could potentially make a mess or cutting into our drywall to access pipes or doing anything that would cost extra. He cleaned up after and made it looks like nothing happened. Excellent service all around.

Quick to schedule when we noticed our issue, also, for follow-up scheduling when our problem could not be resolved in one day. Excellent communication. Quick & efficient diagnostics and service, meanwhile, allowing us time to understand our plumbing issues and d giving us options for resolution. Would hire out for additional work at our home.
