ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERSERVICE START TO FINISH I called the company at 10pm on a Friday night, and a gentlemen named Brad answerd. Our grinder pump went out, water was in my yard, and we had zero plumbing. Brad stayed on the line with me for 45 MINUTES and calmly guided me through some troubleshooting to make sure the system wouldn't back up into my home. I explained my situation and informed him that I have a wife and 5 children, so this is urgent! We came up with a plan to make it until Monday morning [ my decision ]. A crew came out on Monday morning to diagnose my issue and see what kind of pump I needed. Although Brad didn't have the exact pump the builder installed, he located a better unit and sent his crew to Baton Rouge to pick it up. WOW! He kept assuring me, today is the day we fix this! The guys worked through the evening, and in the DARK, and completely EXCEEDED our expectations. Nothing is more important than taking care of my family. I'll be a lifetime Customer, and spread the word that LOCAL service like this is real.
