PROCAM Photo & Video Gear | Chicago - Aurora

I’m new(er) to the whole photography and camera scene and ProCam is my first experience with a camera store that offers rent/buy/sell services, all in one place. It was fairly busy on a Sunday afternoon, which tells me that this place is likely always busy (which is not a terrible thing). What I noticed within the first few minutes, is that the staff in here are super knowledgeable. This is not ideal for someone looking for speedy fast service. The best camera store in the Chicago suburbs. I’ve been going to ProCam for quite a while now and never had one bad experience they offer a multitude of different services from rentals, prints, film processing, and studio space rental. They’re an authorized dealer for many camera manufacturers also, and because of their return policy I know I’m never receiving an item that has been returned unlike some other stores… Best Buy… anytime I shop there I know I’m receiving nothing but top notch service and products. First time customer, staff was awsome 🤩 I was greeted at the door by Adam who was very knowledgeable and patient with asking me all the right questions to educate me on which camera would be best for my personal needs and photography goals. I am grateful for all his knowledge and undivided attention he encouraged me to keep doing my research as a newbie that they will be there when I am ready to purchase. Made me feel like family keep up the good work 🤝

Wow! This camera shop is huge and has literally everything! The sales reps were so nice and helpful and took their time helping to figure out what’s needed and what’s the best product. I recommend if you’re in the area!!

I had a very pleasurable experience for only my third time here. Mike is an incredible associate at this location, he was extremely helpful and informative. I came in looking for a Sony macro lens, and he helped explain key features of it along with giving me recommendations for filters that would better suit my needs. I walked out with the lens, two filters, and the protection plan - He doesn’t just try to sell you stuff to earn commission on a purchase, he genuinely wants to help find the right options for your needs, and I can tell he’s very passionate about and dedicated to the craft. A great personal experience overall.
