We are very happy with the professional service and workmanship in our experience with Pro Roofing. From our very first phone call to Pro Roofing, everything was handled professionally. Customer service was great! They kept in constant communication until our new roof was completed and provided documentation as needed. The roofing team was always on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Clean up was handled with care to our property. We love our new roof and HIGHLY recommend Pro Roofing to anyone needing their services.

PRO Roofing was awesome to work with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They came out the day after I called them for the estimate and returned that quickly and with a competitive price. They answered all of my questions and amended the quote when I asked for some additional items. They called me to follow up on the quote in a friendly way, just to see if I had any questions and never pressured me. They were only company to do this, which showed me that they wanted my business, which is something I really appreciate. When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile. It’s so rare these days to find people that take pride in their work, but they clearly do and wanted a photo of it. Throughout the process, the office staff was wonderful and helped me with many things, including financial stuff and the paperwork needed for the MySafeFLHome program. They were always polite, professional, and prompt, over the phone, email, and text. They even located impact resistant skylights in a single day to make sure they complied with the program. When they sent me the final bill, I was relieved to see that it was exactly what they quoted me. With work this expensive, there’s always a concern that you’ll be hit with a bunch of unexpected extras, but that wasn’t the case at all. As for the quality of work, they completed the roof on May 9th, and the next day, Tallahassee was hit with multiple tornados and 100+ mph winds. We were fortunate not to be in the worst-hit areas, but it was still an extreme storm. Our new roof kept us safe and dry!
