We recently had our roof replaced by Koch Roofing, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We worked with Richy on the quote and scheduling, and he was professional, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. He kept us informed throughout the entire process — from the initial estimate to personally following up after the job was completed to ensure everything met our expectations. Koch Roofing’s crews are company employees—not subcontractors—which gave us greater confidence in the quality and consistency of their work. Marcelino was the on-site supervisor, and he was outstanding. He arrived as scheduled, clearly explained the process, and was respectful, kind, and professional throughout the project. His crew worked incredibly hard and left the property spotless at the end of each day. We were honestly dreading this project, but Koch Roofing far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them!

In the last two months I have had Koch Brothers Roofing do the third roof and first repair (we bought a new house right after they reroofed our old house and there was a leak at the new house) for us. They have been on time, professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced every time for us. I recommend them to everyone who will listen and will continue to. As a small example of the above-and-beyond service they have always provided for me and my family, Richie came by to grab a check the other day and caught us in the middle of trying to move a gun safe inside. He didnt hesitate—jumped right in to help. He didn’t have to do that, not by a long shot. But these are some of the most customer service oriented folks I have ever encountered.
