They called me 800 am to met their tech. And as I drove 20 min to my church as I waited outside I received a phone call advising me they can not meet me there is an emergency call. That isn't the kind of bis I look to turn to as it is poorly managed atleast the store in Felton.
My husband did come to get a key for a home on base duplicated. Keep in mind we tried to go to the housing office first and they said and I quote “ oh no worries you can take it anywhere and get a copy made”. To which i responded with “oh can we?” If you need the name and email of Hunt to confirm this I can provide that. But when he was there the supervisor was called and he said “oh he stole that key”. No one stole any key. We were just doing what the housing office instructed us to do (we also thought no one could do it but the office). But to call my husband a theif? Instead of telling us what can and can’t be done. Simply sorry customer service.
This is my 3rd time reviewing this company, and here's why... I met the owner at my place of employment, told him I was looking for a locksmith for the condo I sit on the council of. He said call the office to schedule an appointment. I did that, speaking with a young lady, who was a little rough around the edges. She took my info, said they were in my area that day, and that they would call me with update. I got no call, so I left a voicemail on their phone a the end of the day, and got no call back. I then posted a bad review and got a response that they fired the young lady, hadn't gotten the message, and apologized. So I edited my review to a positive one, after talking to the owner and scheduling an appointment for him to come to my building. He came, we discussed our needs at the condo, he seemed like he was on it and would have a quote of items needed to me by that Friday. Friday came and went, and no quote...so I called him Monday morning and spoke with him. He claimed a woman in his office was working on it, had a couple of issues, but that I would definitely have by the end of that day... ...once again, I got no quote, so I called and left a voicemail yesterday...I did not receive a call back or a quote. I'm done trying...how many chances do you give a company that keeps falling flat on their promises, come up with multiple excuses, and waste your time meeting them? My answer, I gave them multiple chances and I won't give them another...and I don't think you should either, as you consider putting your security needs in their hands. Handing a company your money shouldn't be this hard.
