Was having some heating issues the past few days to the point that the inside temperature had dropped to 65 degrees. I called a Priority service technician for advice and to schedule an appointment. Doug Harrison came the next day (today) to assess the situation. He checked the entire system inside and out even going under the crawl space. His thoroughness assessed the situation in short order and got the thermostat working properly so now the temperature is up to a cozy 73. Mr. Harrison m’s efficiency and professionalism got the job done and working in about two hours or less. Kudos to an employee like Mr. Harrison. We will certainly recommend Priority based on our experience today (Tuesday).
