I had an outstanding experience with Pride Auto Care in Longmont, and I want to recognize Paul and Vinny for going above and beyond. After having the fuel filter replaced on my 1998 Mountaineer, the vehicle suddenly wouldn’t start. Paul at the front desk immediately stepped in to help. He stayed calm, listened carefully, and quickly brought Vinny, their automotive technician, over to take a look. Vinny diagnosed the issue right away—low fuel pump pressure—and explained everything clearly. Since the Mountaineer couldn’t be driven, Paul even arranged an Uber to get me home, which I truly appreciated. Once the fuel tank was removed, Vinny discovered it needed a thorough cleaning. He took the time to remove all the contaminants and get the tank back into proper condition. He also flushed the cooling system and performed a two‑part fuel system flush to make sure everything was running clean and smooth. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine customer service from both Paul and Vinny was exceptional. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m very grateful for their hard work. Pride Auto Care has definitely earned my trust. Thank You Gentlemen.
