Angie was terrific to have a conversation with. She was courteous & made me feel like she really cared & made me feel very comfortable that they could & would do a good job. I felt that cost of the work was very fair. I will have All American do all of my repairs in the future.
My experience at this shop was great, easy and fast! I made an appointment, brought the car in and they got the work done same day. The lady (Angie) working the desk was great. She kept me informed of all the details about the work being performed on my vehicle. Most importantly, they don't try to overcharge you or make you pay for extra stuff. I would definitely recommend this shop!
I brought my Subaru here a few weeks ago. After calling four or five other shops this shop was able to match the lowest price I found and take my car the next day. They replaced both cv axle assemblies (yay no more clicking when I turn). Angie in the office communicated everything with me and walked me through their recommendations before proceeding with the repair. I recommended them to a friend and they gave him honest helpful feedback on a car he just purchased. I’m really happy with their work, their communication, their integrity and my dog loves the dog treats they keep on the counter. 😊
Great customer service from Ange, great work, and helped me to understand what needs attention with my car. Appreciate the service and the loaner car provided so I could get to work. Would highly recommend!!
