1/5 — Total rip-off. Waste of time and money. I showed up on time, even a bit early, for a simple job — replacing the gear shift knob. That’s it. Shouldn’t take more than 15–20 minutes, right? Well, guess what — I waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS. And here’s the kicker — in the invoice they wrote it took 50 minutes. Straight up lying. No apology, no explanation, nothing. They charged me $80 for a job that any decent shop would’ve done in 20 minutes max. This place is a joke. Absolutely no respect for your time, and clearly just trying to milk as much money out of you as they can. Avoid this dump unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

My vehicle had some minor body damage. I brought it to Automotive EMTs and Julio provided an estimate on the spot. When the wrong parts arrived the following week, Julio informed me and quickly made it right, getting the correct parts within 2 days. I brought my vehicle in and the Automotive EMTs team installed the parts, fixed the minor damage and buffed out the body in 2 hours. The final bill came in significantly under the estimated cost. Professional, fast and thorough-very impressed with the quality and service at Automotive EMTs. Highly recommend.

In the recent Colorado snowstorm, I slid and smashed-in my passenger front wheel, damaging the control arms and suspension to the point where turning and maneuverability was impossible. Even when most shops and places were closed due to road conditions, Automotive EMTs was open and ready to help me right away. Though the car couldn’t move well on its own, these guys stopped at nothing to make sure it could get into the shop somehow and get inspected ASAP, getting right to ordering parts and working on it the next day. I’m incredibly impressed by the kind and fair service of this shop, and I’ll be happy to return for any of my future automotive needs.
