Prescott Kitchens are simply the best. We had the weirdest angled walls and yet Dennis & Candy of Prescott Kitchens designed an amazing Kitchen. They measured everything perfectly and set us up with a very competent sub contractor for the cabinet installs. They held our hand throughout the process and we just love our kitchen! Great job Prescott Kitchens...We wake up everyday and thank God for how everything turned out!
We own an older (50 years old) smaller home and decided to have kitchen updated. We got a few bids. Some told me it was too small a job for them. When I contacted Dennis and Candy, they were excited right from the start. Dennis came right over and looked at our kitchen and said they would love to work with us. I had no idea as to the process and Dennis gave us some ideas right from that first look. Dennis and Candy gave us ideas all throughout our process. I changed my mind several times on cabinet designs and counter tops. They were so accommodating and patient. We even wanted to change of a couple of cabinets after they were already installed. They worked with us with that without any problem. They are a delightful couple and very professional and great customer service. I love my little kitchen that was totally updated and now all cabinets are accessible and easy to work in.
Dennis and Candy, work very well as a husband and wife team to make sure you absolutely love your new kitchen. They truly want you to be happy with what has been done.
We also loved working with the installer Anthony . He is so very friendly and professional and was great to work with. He listened to any ideas that we had and is an intricate part of the team.
Their pricing was great and very reasonable for us as retirees.
We highly recommend Dennis and Candy.

After reading some reviews my wife and I visited Prescott Kitchens to see what they had to offer and after having inspected all of the sample cabinets on their showroom floor we immediately found the ones we liked. We chose them because they were obviously very well constructed cabinets that were in fact far superior to anything else on their showroom floor at the time. If I had it to do all over again I most definitely would because it was within that very first moment of dealing with Prescott Kitchens that the first of many more issues ahead popped up. Dennis informed us at the time that they were having problems with that manufacturer and that they most likely would not be able to get the cabinets in time to complete our project. I can’t tell you why that did not send up a red flag in regards to doing business with them other than to say that we were selling our home in California at the time and were therefore working under an accelerated timeline. As time moved on our project experienced multiple delays which for the most part had more to do with my wife and I deciding to completely remodel our new home in Prescott from the inside out than it had to do with Prescott Kitchens. The irony here is that the contractor that we hired for the remodel was the very same subcontractor that was supposedly Prescott Kitchens number one installer at the time and I can assure you that opened up an entirely new can of worms. My wife and I began to grow close to Dennis and Candy in the meantime so much so that we treated them to a meal on more than one occasion and even visited their home for a dinner one night. You know the old adage, business and friends don’t mix, well that was certainly true in this case. Long story short, we liked and trusted Dennis and Candy so much that in addition to our kitchen, we hired them to construct and build two “custom” built-in book cases on either side of our brand new fireplace, to build the same at the end of each of our hallways, and to design and install new cabinets and countertops in three of our four bathrooms. Dennis and I in fact sat together in his showroom office on multiple occasions discussing the design details including the bookcases which he assured me would include one inch thick shelves built into two equally as sturdy surrounding wall cabinets. What we received however was nothing more than two base cabinets, with weak and shoddy shelves that were literally constructed out of 7/16” plywood with a piece of one half inch by one inch laminate pressboard glued to the front edge. I’m not exaggerating when I say that you couldn’t even rest your hand on those shelves without them sagging and the truth is that they were literally sagging under the pressure of their own weight. After complaining to Dennis and receiving nothing but the run around for months, (Dennis had the audacity to offer to buy back the 3/4” veneered plywood that was still sitting in my garage however refused to refund me for the cost of the bookcases that I never received), and even went as far as to blame me for hiring Mark, his so-called top installer to do the job to begin with and went on to state, “you know sooner or later you are going to have to accept some personal responsibility for buying that money pit of a house to begin with,” As if the amount of money that my wife and I decided to invest into our dream home had anything at all to do with his company’s inability to deliver on what they had promised! Once I realized that I I was literally on my own when it came to finding a solution, I became so fed up with his crap that I ended up ripping them off of the wall myself and hauling them to the dump in the back of my truck, which is the exactly what I did with the absolute garbage that Dennis tried to pass off as custom shelving units at the end of my hallways. Nothing about this company speaks to quality, honesty nor care.
