Santiago came out to fix a leaky hose bib that was beyond a DIY task for me. He had to break through the concrete, which he did carefully, and repatch with new stucco in order to replace the entire copper piece on the outside. He also replaced it with a new nut and a new stem. He was very neat and efficient. For having to break through the concrete, I believe the price he charged was fair and he was very transparent upon arrival of what the price would be depending on the extent of the work.

There’s not enough good words I could say about Premium plumbing. Santiago was out here within an hour and a half of me calling with my leaky shut off valve. We set up an appointment and he was prompt, professional, and handled all my issues without hesitation. I would recommend Santiago and Premium plumbing to anybody in the Tampa Bay area. 5 Stars!!

After the initial visit Santiago had suggested getting a water softener installed. I also asked about a whole house water filtration system. I was sent an estimate within 24 hours and everything was scheduled to be installed a week later. Santiago was on time, professional and efficient. He made sure everything was running correctly before he left. I would highly recommend Premium Plumbing. I will definitely be calling for any future plumbing needs.
