We recognized we should have a preventative maintenance check up on our Generac generator now, long before we may need it this year. Ryan, the service technician at Generator Superstore came out, was most professional, explained what he was doing and what our generator needed. He also gave us good advice moving forward to continue preventative maintenance on this important machine. Additionally, we spoke with Jen when we organized the appointment and came time to pay the bill. Jen was also most professional, kind and had a great attitude about her job and her customers.
