Cory replaced a water heater that was under factory warranty. The process was smooth from start to finish and Cory was very knowledgeable and professional. He even fixed a jammed garbage disposal when he saw me struggling with it. Great job. Also, Bob, the owner, spoke with me directly on the phone and diagnosed the problem and explained the warranty process and plan of action on the front end. Very well done.
This is the 3rd time I have used this plumbing company to come and clear clogged lines in my old home. They have always been professional, responsive and communicative. Chris Smiley was the technician that came to my house on this most recent call. He was very polite and a very good communicator. I greatly appreciated his professionalism. Would definitely use again.
