Premier Masonry Restoration

Premier Masonry evaluated our two brick chimneys to determine if any repairs were needed prior to the installation of a new roof. Every step of the way, they were very professional--demonstrating competence while advising us what we needed to do going forward. Everyone was very respectful and mindful of our property. They were patient with questions we had and were cooperative with our roofer and painter since the schedule of everyone's work needed to be coordinated. They also proved to be excellent listeners and gave wonderful customer service when I expressed concern about how the flashing looked where it met the roof. Never did they express annoyance; instead, with much respect, they explained the reason the flashing was applied that way. They considered my concern and made small adjustments to make it look like I wanted while maintaining the protection from water that flashing provides. I highly recommend Premier Masonry. Steve and Lisa, the owners of this local family business were terrific. The photo shows just one of the two chimneys. In addition to the flashing on each, they also installed stainless steel casings at the tops, protecting the chimney caps and brick for many years to come. I needlessly worried how each would look, but was very pleased when the job was completed. The casing looks like a great topper--a beautiful hat to complete a fantastic outfit. *repeat customer* We have used Premier Masonry twice now, and both times their work has just absolutely blown us away. I'd give them 10 stars if we could. First project was an interior CMU wall repair for cracks and gaps through which water had been seeping. After the repair, the basement has been dry as a bone. Second project was a refurbishment of the exterior roman brick where an old electric meter once was located. After it was disconnected we wanted the hole filled in. Steve and his team are true artists - they were meticulous in their work making sure the main face of the house looked good as new when they were done. They even went to the lengths of blending in some old and new brick to make sure the aesthetic was perfect. It was no big deal that they had to make some cuts because they contained all the dust, covered plants, moved items out of the way, and cleaned up the whole job site when they were done.
