Fast Water Heater Company

The service tech Brett from FastTrack Bothell, who installed out water heater, was great. We used Fasttrack because they install water heaters for Home Depot and the quote we got from a licensed plumber was twice as much as FastTrack. After two rounds of trying to schedule service via the 1-800 fast track number on Home Depot’s website we finally scored on the 3rd try -(almost 2 months after our initial call). so that was a huge hassle. Once we did get service is was quick, professional, and efficient.

I had several conversations with Fast Water Heating; they navigated me through several of my options. I ended up choosing to replace my unit. The tech came and was able to assess the area. We chose a unit that fit and was installed the next day. They provided a timeframe for which they would arrive and called when they were on their way. The install went great, and the technician was efficient and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and maintained a clean working environment to ensure my rugs, etc., were not impacted. All in all, for having to have my water heater replaced, it was a good experience.

I chose this company because it appeared when I searched “Rheem water heater repair,” which made me believe they were reliable or affiliated. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Technician Richard Egge charged $380.71, but the same problem returned shortly after. The company refused a free re-inspection and demanded more money instead. I had no choice but to replace my water heater entirely. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
