No water is serious business. So is a system that won't shut off! Don came out right away, resolved the immediate problem, gave us instructions and made the repair the next day when we were ready for him to come back. Don gave us some additional information in order to take full advantage of our set-up. Excellent work, excellent service. Thank you Don
Clearly honest and willing to assist. I spoke with "Don"(?) who gave me insight and direction to resolve potential problems. I recommend doing business with people who give their time to direct consumers when making decisions about their property.
Our well pump went out last night. I called them at 7:30 in the morning and they were here before 830 to check it out. I have a 5 hp pump and the capacitor was fried. Since they don’t carry parts for pumps that big they didn’t even charge me for the trip. Percision has done all of our will work for years. I wouldn’t call another company! Totally professional good quality for the price paid and reliable in an emergency. They even told us where to get the part and said if that will company couldn’t install if they would come do it for us. This is what Customer Service looks like. If you’re looking for a well company look no further. These guys are awesome!
The folks at Precision Pump & Water Works helped me over the phone to get my well going again after the extended PG&E power shutdown. Very friendly and omg super helpful. After having been without water for 3 days, I was ready to cry when the well wouldn't turn on. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
