Chance Davis was an awesome sales rep. He is very knowledgable, very informative, answers all wuestions ( and I had a lot), and doesn’t forget you AFTER the sale. He got us an excellent price on a 26K Generac. He beat every other company we spoke to. He has followed up with us through calls and texts. many times He has assured all our needs are met and all our questions are answered. He gave us his cell phone number and answers our calls and our texts promptly. I don’t know how much they pay him , but it’s not enough. He is priceless . We hesitated doing business with Precision because we heard negative comments about their service. Because we were so impressed with Chance, we decided to give Precision a chance, no pun intended. lol. Service has been acceptable, with much credit given to Chance.

Chance Davis is such a good honest guy! We came in town for a riding trip. We had some issues with our equipment and Chance was the first person to help and went above and beyond for total strangers. So if your looks for an honest company with good quality people this is the one!

I had a 30 year old HVAC system start acting up and gave Precision a call on a Monday afternoon. They were out here to look things over the next morning and gave me an estimate I found to be reasonable. A week later they had the new unit installed and running as well as a generator and a gas log fireplace insert hooked up. Everyone involved was professional. knowledgeable, personable and polite from start to finish. A very straightforward and upfront company to do business with.
