I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Joe Wells Chimney Sweep in Pikeville, KY. From start to finish, the service was extremely unprofessional. The technician, Joe himself showed up late, didn’t communicate properly, and was rude throughout the entire process. At one point, he even talked down to us, which was completely uncalled for. We hired him to clean and inspect our chimney, but the job was not completed in a timely manner. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
