Great experience working with Window World. The salesman was top notch and the installation crew was top notch as well. They worked quickly and efficiently and we're extremely friendly. Great crew! Would recommend Window World to everyone!
Terrible experience and customer service. We had Window World replace all the windows and a glass door in our home last September 2024. Fast forward to August 2025 and we find water and mold growing under the trim around almost every window. Window World sent the same inexperienced installer to investigate and he even admitted to not sealing the outside of the windows at installation. The "lead" installer came out yesterday(Thursday) and claims they are sealed. We requested his boss call us the same day it's now Friday evening and we have yet to receive a call. So much for customer service and satisfaction.
Easy to deal with. Good customer service. Windows were slow to arrive or maybe due to extreme volume of business (which is a good thing) the backlog for installation was 2+ months after order. The installer Austin was great to work with. Would recommend him and the guy helping him to anyone. All in all a good experience. May shop around next time though as they are a little expensive.
