Homeowners Beware Getting the estimate was a breeze fast and smooth. Unfortunately that's where the easy ended, deposit was paid and install scheduled no one showed up on install day, called them was given the run around. Was told multiple irrelevant reasons why install was missed ( including that they pay their installers so little that they call off to work other jobs). Took speaking to the owner to get an install scheduled in a timely manner, then the day of the second install service tech claims they rang doorbell ( ring doorbell shows no activity) get voice-mail that install was canceled, call got a very rude person on the phone that refused to even give their name.

I called, and Joann was very professional answering the phone, and told me how to try and override it until they could get out and service it for me. She also talked me through how to manually open the door being a screw drive.
