Samaritan was very quick to respond came out to the house diagnosed the problem with our stove gave me a reasonable price and ordered the parts we need. When the parts came in a few days later they called set up a service visit and showed up at the time we agreed upon. Their technicians were very friendly and were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!
The team at Samaritan was responsive and helpful. The office personnel were nice and Sean who came out to do the repair was super nice and fixed everything really quickly! Can't recommend enough.
From start to finish A+ all the way, called and ordered and had it delivered the next day. Very reasonable prices and great customer service! I was able to pay via text and the young men that delivered were conscience, clean, and polite! Would definitely recommend and will buy from Samaritan again!
What a wonderful experience. These folks actually show up when they say they will and they even called me on both occasions 20 minutes in advance of arriving which doesn’t ever happen for me with other companies. Service was awesome so I decided to buy a new washer from them and got a great deal on the price and it was all installed and working perfect the next day. Thanks Samaritan!
