Our air conditioning went out suddenly . . . . right in the middle of the first major heat wave. It was 91 degrees inside our house. We called Prayco and they were able to come out immediately and help us out. Replaced what was needed, the capacitor, and now we have a cool house again. Excellent customer service. Extremely honest, courteous and customer-focused. We are grateful to have found Jason and Tristan.
We were having trouble with our Navien on demand water heater and called Jason of Prayco. He came, took a look, and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. Deposits had formed in a couple of valves and also built up inside the heater. After explaining what had happened and sharing what could be done, he replaced the obviously clogged valves, installed a descaler, and ran a solution through the heater to clean out any interior deposits. Jason was very good about explaining in a way we could understand and keeping us informed as the work progressed. We can highly recommend Prayco for friendliness and professionalism. Thanks again!
Amazing service! Called in the morning with our Mitsubishi mini split system not cooling our podcast studio. They sent out an amazing tech the same day! Jason found a crack in a refrigerant connection. He fixed the crack and refilled the unit with refrigerant. It's back to a nice 68° in our studio. Thank you all so much!
