This store is a scam. Purchased a necklace on 12 two online still to this day have not received any kind of notification. I have called the store multiple times and given the runaround from every single person stating they don’t deal with the online orders. They promised the store owner will call me and nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! SCAMMERS!! They are thieves and will steal from you. Absolutely inconceivable that a “business” and I say that sarcastically, would behave this way. I have to now file a police report & drive there to handle it. It’s ridiculous. I’ll post this every single place I can til this place is shut down. I’ll call the local news. Look at the yelp reviews! This is such a crummy fake store.

I am having alot of difficulty reaching this company. My phone calls have gone unanswered, and the email address provided on their website appears to be out of service. I have also left voicemails. 🫩 I would appreciate an update regarding the piece of jewelry I left with them over two weeks ago. I was informed that the repair would take a maximum of ten days to complete, only following a call to confirm the repair cost. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication during this two-week period.. I've previously had jewelry repaired by them, and there has always been proper communication. This is a bummer.
