We have a 1970s home that needed electrical updates and we also needed electrical work done in our outdoor buildings. The electricians were very competent and prompt. They also provided great advice and ideas for our updates. They were neat and clean. Also fairly priced and excellent communication. Highly recommend.
My first contact with PowerUp was with Kelsey in the office. She is a great first impression for the company being kind and accommodating. Eric, the electrician who came out to give us a quote was very knowledgeable and made a recommendation that was important to safety of our appliances that is not currently in place. He listened to what we needed and wanted and was also very personable. We will be able to schedule the necessary work in a timely manner. Thus far, we have been very pleased with PowerUp.
Update: work completed. Very accommodating to our needs and all in a timely manner.
PowerUp Electric was through a referral from Angi and needless to say I am very pleased and impressed with this company. It has been a pleasure getting to know and work with Lane, Kelsie, Andy and two other technicians as they performed the following Scope Of Work to enhance my in-process remodeled kitchen making it electric efficient as I converted to solar power:
- 240 circuit for stove top
- 240 circuit for oven
- raise outlet wiring into 10” cabinet above stovetop
- lower outlet to the right of stovetop and install gfci
- remove dryer outlet
- add outlet below panel on its own breaker
- add dedicated outlet for dryer and install gfci outlet
- add dedicated breaker for furnace
- add dedicated breaker for dishwasher and tie in disposal switch and install gfci / afci breaker
Install dedicated circuit for furnace
Install whole home surge protection
Install tandem breakers to allow more breaker space in panel for new breakers to be installed
7 year warranty on parts and labor
I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, knowledge, patience and understanding the work as requested.
I intend to once again hire PowerUp Electric for future work, i.e. hot water heater to complete making my home energy efficient.
Special Thank You to Lane, Kelsie, and Andy.
