Had frozen pipes and called. Hussin was great - polite, knowledgable and explained things very well. Had been thinking about getting new toilet any way and took care of that also. Very pleased with new equipment and Hussin took extra care to fix frozen pipes. Joined the membership - very pleased with service and membership will help with keeping up with regular maintainance. Great. dependable service!

Hussein did a great job. Very pleased with the service he provided. The job was was more involved than we expected but he got it done. Very personable and explained the details of his work. He brought another young guy with him and he was also cordial and a hard worker. Also did a water heater for us that was in need if being replaced. If you use Ben Franklin, Hussein is your guy.

I knew this would come down to a he said she said ordeal because as you can see they've totally twisted what they said and what I said. If you look at other reviews I'm far from being the only one to say what horrible treatment was given by this company. This office doesn't care about customer satisfaction only about their money. Look at the pictures is this how you would expect a company to leave your place? That alone should tell you who is the dishonest person here. Disrespected and lied to by the Davenport office. Fast and Friendly Service! My toilet was leaking. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for help. The company sent Randy Cooper to fix the problem. Randy was very friendly. He was able to fix my leaky toilet in no time. The repair cost was very reasonable. Randy seemed to be a very honest employee. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to any of mine friends and family.

This company went above and beyond the regular call of duty! They have a very reputable reputation for a reason! My father's toilet had a major clog. They came out on a Friday to help out, and now it is working great! The staff were incredibly friendly. I was given an estimate before they did the work. I was very happy with the service and the price and know that I will continue to use them in the future! Thank you so much!!!
