I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by John and his assistant Henry ( Master Plumbing, Heating &Cooling) during a recent issue with my waterless heater system. Called for an emergency, after hours, service. My sewer line was backing up into my basement. I was given the option of the after hours service or they had a first appointment of the morning available, so o took the appointment. This team was fantastic from the beginning! They called to verify that it was still ok for them to come out, and told me what technician would be coming to my home. They also sent me a picture of the tech along with a little work and personal info about him. John C arrived right on time. Was very nice and did a great job. He was professional and got the job done fast. I would definitely recommend!!!

Great service. Cory was very friendly and knowledgeable, just be prepared to pay! I recommend calling around and getting specific quotes for needed service, not just the service fee amount. Cory did a great job and was completely trustworthy but I will not use this service again as I know I can get great service at a lower cost elsewhere.
