Potomac Creek automotive is a gem of a mechanic shop. Trustworthy and reliable. I struggled finding skilled and honest vehicle work moving here in 2021. The dealership was a nightmare. Ive been with this shop for the last 2 years and they will be my go to as long as I live in VA. I truly appreciate the services they provide and their skilled mechanics.

This was my first time at this place and it for sure won’t be my last! The service was amazing! The two ladies at the front were so helpful and welcoming.they walked me through every step of the process and made sure I didn’t leave dissatisfied! The mechanics did an awesome job with my car! They also went into a detailed inspection of my car and told me everything I needed done in the future. They even stayed alittle past closing to make sure that I was able to drive home the same night. I give this place a 10000000/10!

The folks at PCA have been great... They are FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE & stay in touch with you when diagnosis is being done on your vehicle... Communication is key for me when it involves my truck... The service techs always answer the phone when you call and that also is a plus... Nothing irritates me more then a service department/shop that don't answer the phones when you are needing or wanting an update on the vehicle you brought into the shop... I have had my truck there 2 times now and will continue to go back here, as I have been pleased with their work and professionalism... Communication is key for me on anything automotive related whe... The folks at PCA have been great... They take pictures of everything and anything they work on, which is a valuable tool... I knew what, and why they were going to work on the issue at hand, there was no suprises... I am very satisfied with the service I received on my truck and will be going back for more work later this winter... A good company and great folks working there... Keep up the GREAT work... In my 40 years of owning and working on vehicles, the one thing I've always craved is a shop that truly cares about both me and my vehicle. A place that understands a complete, thorough diagnosis is critical, takes the time to find the real root cause of any problem, performs the repairs professionally, and then confirms everything was done right to actually solve the issue. I recently had extensive work (cab off) done on my 2024 GMC Ultimate, and when I got it back, I was genuinely thrilled. I performed a very detailed inspection myself — checking every bolt, bracket, wire connector, strap, cover, and more — and everything was securely fast... In my 40 years of owning and working on vehicles, the one thing I've always craved is a shop that truly cares about both me and my vehicle. A place that understands a complete, thorough diagnosis is critical, takes the time to find the real root cause of any problem, performs the repairs professionally, and then confirms everything was done right to actually solve the issue. I recently had extensive work (cab off) done on my 2024 GMC Ultimate, and when I got it back, I was genuinely thrilled. I performed a very detailed inspection myself — checking every bolt, bracket, wire connector, strap, cover, and more — and everything was securely fastened exactly as it should be.
