First and last time. Went in to repair the ambient temperature sensor (average repair cost $140-$200) and ended up paying $476. Couple issues: (1) the shop doesn’t follow their own operating hours. (2) they insist on charging a $190 diagnostic fee, even when you have completed the diagnosis. While I was told the diagnostic fee would likely cover the time of the repair (which averages less than an hour), the $476 repair cost came as a shock. Also, the diagnostic fee only covers an OBD scan and the issue at hand (versus other shops that conduct a complete inspection). (3) Was charged for repair parts, even when I provided all parts and was told they didn’t needed any other parts to effect the repair. (4) Was charged a credit card fee, even when I paid with a debit card. When I pointed to their sign and told them it was misleading, I was told they would correct it in the future but was not given a refund.
