10/10. William (Bill) fixed my laptop same day for me, a rush job. I'm a student who lives out of town and wouldn't have been able to pick it up for two weeks for personal travel reasons (inconvenience but not bad), and they worked hard to get my cracked screen fixed that day so I could have my laptop back for school! I'm so appreciative, they were very communicative about everything going on and willing to do whatever it takes. Amazing service
