Cannot recommend these folks enough! We recently moved into a home with a security system they installed, and since the previous owners left us with no information, they walked us through every element of the system and and how best to upgrade it! If we ever need additional installation and service, we will definitely be going through them!

Expert and wonderfully helpful. Randall and Jessie even took care of a problem outside of the system they installed, plus updated my PSA system to save me a separate service trip fee. Bottom line: I had a problem at 3:30 a.m. They cared and truly went above and beyond to help me.

We've been through several local security companies in the last 15 years. Portland Security Alarm is the best that we've worked with. I wished we had found them earlier. They're the least in cost and yet the most organized and up to date in technology. They're very serious about following the rules. I once gave out my password to another management staff. PSA immediately contacted me within minutes and made me change my personal password. I got called out, but in a good way. The staff there are very knowledgeable, patient and let you know that they are there for you 24/7. I couldn't ask for more.
