Excellent customer service. I've ordered music from Popplers for over a decade so they were top of mind when it was time to upgrade my keyboard setup. Jonas was extremely knowledgeable and ready and willing to find everything I was looking for and answer all of my questions. I can't wait for my new keyboard, amp, mic stands, etc. to arrive! And I am very pleased with the leasing option they quoted. Yay for Popplers!
Excellent service. I took my flute in for cleaning and repair, if necessary. The charges were clearly explained when I dropped it off. When the technician examined the flute and found some issues, she called and explained everything, gave a cost estimate and asked what I wanted to do before any extra cost was incurred. After I gave approval, the work was completed within three days, and it was quite a bit of work (I wasn't surprised because it had probably been 10 years since the flute was last serviced). The flute plays wonderfully now. I shouldn't have put off the maintenance because the cost was very reasonable. I'll definitely come back.
We brought my son’s flute in to get checked out. There were a couple things that needed fixed and adjusted. They said they were out 4-5 weeks. They offered a loaner if we needed one. Everyone was very helpful and personable. I got a call the next day saying it was ready to be picked up! I honestly excepted a couple weeks. Fast and friendly service!🙂
Brought in my daughter’s flute in for emergency repairs as she had honor band in two days. The staff was very courteous and repaired it within a couple hours. Can’t believe how quickly they got it fixed. The cost was almost nothing. Nothing better can be ask of all these wonderful needed to make this happen
Popplers is once again the best. They have always been a top notch music store providing m you sic and excellent support for instruments and all things n the music department. The repair for my flute was inexpensive and with fast turn around ev n with the holidays.
