Tim and his 2 colleagues (as it turned out… lucky they were there), were able to diagnose what we thought would be a quick repair of a water heating issue and turned out to be somewhat more complicated. They took the time to replace a tank (lucky they had one in the truck), clean up an electrical connection and repair the problem. They were neat, courteous , and communicated throughout. The repair was more costly than we expected but through no fault of theirs. Appreciated the quick response to our call for repair and completion of the job.
