Brett came over to inspect our gas water heater this morning as I noticed the pilot light seemed louder than usual to me. He said there was nothing wrong with the water heater and said the pilot light was fine and that he couldn’t smell any gas or anything around the appliance that would pose a danger. He also assured me the water heater wouldn’t explode. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

Jaxon and Will came to our house and did an evaluation on our furnace and A/C. They helped me identify some major points that need attention on our system. As well as fixing a furnace issue just so they could complete the evaluation. They were upfront and honest with me. There service was excellent and will call Golden Rule for any A/C issues.

Your technician Will was here today. He did an outstanding job analyzing my problems and coming up with solutions. I am very impressed with his professionalism and his kindness. I plan on using him again.
