Jackson and Ethan did a great job replacing my 31 year old Buderus boiler. They were able to get the new boiler installed with heat/hot water running within 24 hours. I feel like I got a fair price for the boiler, heat exchanger and labor. I’m looking forward to many years of trouble-free heat and hot water from my new system. I’d recommend Glacier to others who need help with their hydronic heat system.
Our boiler that was installed three years ago broke down and we came to find out that the company that produces those boilers went out of business unexpectedly. We reached out to the previous company that installed it for us and they tried to charge us $5000 more than the original install to replace it. We reached out to glacier and they provided us with a fair replacement of a reputable piece of US built equipment and we were back up and running in about 24 hours. We received prompt and professional service for full boiler replacement. After 3 bids, we decided on Glacier and a day and a half later we were back up and running with a new boiler. Jackson did a great job during the installation, and his communications were excellent. He then followed up a couple days later to be sure everything was running smoothly and took the time to teach us about our new system. I have no hesitation recommending this company.
