Decided to try the “little guy” and support a local shop and was not disappointed! Took in tires purchased elsewhere and had them mounted and balanced for a good price. The staff was absolutely amazing! There is also a giant wall sized 3D map or Oregon by the desk that is well worth taking a moment to look at. They gained a lifetime customer!

The west 6th street location is very professional and knowledgeable. I went there with bald tires and the whole truck shook when I got up to higher speeds. Also my front tires rubbed on the wheel wells. They put a smaller size tires on, which is what I needed to be done. Also did a front end alignment and changed out the tire pressure sensor, along with tightening up all the loose bolts and everything. My truck is driving like it's brand new. Thank you so much Point S.

I originally bought my tires & wheels at the Springfield location and was extremely happy with the service. So, I stopped by the Eugene location in hopes of having a small leak repaired in one tire and to pay to have them flip my tires due to irregular wear, (remount them) making the inside of my tires the outside. I go have lunch and come back to have a different person now at the tire desk. I was told they can’t repair the tire because the nail is in the “sidewall”…ok, fine. She also said that flipping my tires won’t really help and I need new tires. Well, there is a lot of tread left and since they’re not wearing on the inside, flipping th...

Point S did a great job! Took an hour and a half but I was both getting an oil change and a tire rotation after showing up a half hour late so all in all I think I got lucky. Tamara at the front desk was super helpful and even gave me a couple pointers on tires for another vehicle I have. Ended up being less expensive than I thought. Would definitely recommend!
