Check engine warning light kept turning on. After the first tests yielded no clear cause, they proposed a 2 step plan, if the light came on again, rather than jumping immediately to the highest cost solution. I agreed, and when the warning again went on, they checked it again for free, advising another low cost potential solution. That did not work, the warning reoccurring. I, then, agreed to their cleaning the cylinders identified of carbon. The car now is running great and no warning lights. I appreciate their working with me to find the right solution, and not just jumping to the higher cost cleaning immediately. Each step was completed in a timely, professional manner.
