Today myself and my son went in to this shop. We steer meet by Karn the shop tech. He was very personable and talkative. We discussed the mishap with my cell phone and while we had a good chuckle over the circumstances he was prepared to better my phone fixed and reassured me that it would happen quickly. Thirty minutes later my phone was back up and running like it never happened. Hopefully this kind of incident never happens again but if it doses we will use Karn again without a second thought.

IT'S IN THE GROCERY STORE! (walk in, then go left toward the back corner along the wall). I went to this place after reading the extensive positive reviews on multiple sites. I needed a broken screen replaced quickly at a decent price. I'd called the day before, and the owner was pleasant and told me he could fix it easily. When I went in, he was helping another customer (who also seemed satisfied), then he took my phone. Within about 20 minutes it was fixed! (It would have been less time, but I wasn't in a hurry and let him help another customer in between.) The work was excellent, and the price was reasonable: about $150 for a replacement screen on an iPhone 11 plus a new screen protector. It's clear that the owner takes pride in his work and is concerned about being honest. We talked about the unfortunate current situation with the cost of foreign parts rising, and it sounds like he's still trying to be fair to his customers, even though he can't help that it's costing the business more and he has to pass along some of that cost. I hope I don't need more phone repair for myself or anyone in my family. But if I do, this is where I'll go. (And I don't even live in Kent -- I drove about a half hour to get to this place because of the reviews.)
