They guessed it was a battery issue with my phone but if it wasn’t he’d still charge $40 for trying. I went elsewhere and found it wasn’t a battery issue. I would’ve ended up paying this guy $40 for a paperweight. I do appreciate his honesty about how expensive data recovery places are. This may not be YOUR protocol, but it was your employee that said it would be $40 to open the phone.
The owner is responsive and very knowledgeable. He provided us several options and was able to quickly repair my phone. Highly recommend!
This business is decent. If you come here, expect to have your phone fixed the right way. The only reason it is not worth 5 stars is the pricing. I was able to get the same quality repair at QuickFix for $100 less.
