David was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about Delta fixtures. He diagnosed the problem immediately as a worn cartridge and had it replaced in no time. He was respectful of our home and took the time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. It is rare to find such reliable and friendly service. I had the Best experience with this company! Very friendly and professional. Dave the owner clearly explained everything and gave me options. Looked out for our best interest and I felt very comfortable with everything. The communication was very good . They gave me a text when they were coming and on their way to my home. Very fair price. David’s attention to detail is top-tier: • Problem Solving: He discovered a small crack in the original flange and expertly installed an internal repair flange with an extra-thick wax ring to ensure a perfect seal. • Best Practices: When he had to reset the toilet, he refused to reuse the wax ring he had just placed, insisting on a brand-new one to meet his high standards. • Going the Extra Mile: He took the time to clean the flange and even recommended pouring peroxide on the wood to treat it from the previous leak before installing the new commode. David provided an accurate quote, communicated throughout the day, and was super friendly and open to all my questions. It’s rare to find this level of service. Highly recommended!
