Outstanding service! This was my second time using Choice One, and they have been responsive, prompt, professional, and transparent. Charges are disclosed up front, no hidden fees or invoice surprises. Technicians have been friendly and knowledgeable. Although it’s generally not fun to need a plumber, Choice One will always be my first call when I do!
We had a water line bust in our front yard during a period of several days of below freezing temperatures. We contacted Choice One Plumbing shorty before noon and the owner himself, Robert showed up within a few minutes to diagnose the issue. He explained specifically what needed to be done to fix it and gave us the prices for either a spot repair or to replace the entire line from the meter to the house. We chose to have the entire line replaced for a very fair price that also included a lifetime warranty. Robert was so friendly and was just a pleasure to talk to. He had one of his guys Gabe come out with heavy machinery to replace the water line with updated PEX. Gabe was also very friendly and explained in detail what he would be doing. We have all heard stories of people having trouble getting a plumber during freezing temperatures with everyone’s pipe busting, it’s understandable. We were not expecting to get a plumber that was actually available to help. But we ended up having the water line replaced and our water back on the same day. We were extremely impressed and so grateful!! We are so thankful to now call Choice One Plumbing our new plumber. These folks are absolutely wonderful! To Robert and Gabe both, we felt completely confident that y’all were the right ones for the job. We will definitely tell our friends and family about Choice One Plumbing! My call was answered quickly and Donovan West came the next morning in freezing weather to find the leak. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and I am very pleased with his work. His courtesy and attention to detail was A-1! Two thumbs up, Donovan!
Donovan was the best. He is exceptional at his job. Hot water heater is in garage, we ended up needing a new one. He went and picked up the new one with only 17 minutes left before the store closed! It was ice cold outside but he worked until way after dark to make sure we had water. He definitely goes above and beyond! Thanks
